About Author

William Shakespeare

William Shakespeare was an English artist and dramatist, broadly viewed as the best essayist in the English language and one of the world's pre-famous playwrights. His magnetic works comprise 38 plays, 154 pieces, two long story sonnets, and a few other sonnets. Shakespeare was brought up in Stratford-upon-Avon. He was 18 when he got married to Anne Hathaway, with whom he had three kids: Susanna, and twins Hamnet and Judith. Somewhere in the period between 1585 and 1592, he started to professionally work in London as an entertainer, author, and part proprietor of the playing organization then called 'the Lord Chamberlain's Men', later known as the King's Men'. Very few records on Shakespeare's personal life have been collected by now which has led to significant speculations and research on matters such as his sexuality, strict convictions, and whether the works ascribed to him were composed by others. Shakespeare delivered the greater part of his known work somewhere between 1590 and 1613. He was a highly regarded writer and dramatist in his days. However, his standing didn't ascend to its current statures until the nineteenth century. The Romantics acclaimed Shakespeare as a virtuoso and the legends of the Victorian era adored him. Irish novelist, Bernard Shaw termed the word 'bardolatry' in his honor. In the 20th century, his work was rediscovered by new developments in grant and execution.
