Refund & Cancellation Policy
We at Double9 Books strive to provide our customers with a satisfying experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help you in every situation.
Eligibility for Refund:
- You are eligible for a refund within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- To become eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
1.2 Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at email@example.com with your order number and state the genuine reason for the refund.
- Our support team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
- Once the product is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be generated for the received product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within  days.
1.3 Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to downloadable software, gift cards, and personalized/customized items.
2.1 Cancellation Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel your order before its shipping, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
If the cancellation request is received before the order is processed for shipping, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
2.2 Cancellation After Shipment:
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may follow the return process outlined in our refund policy.
