Baron Pierre Alexandre Édouard Fleury de Chaboulon (14 April 1779 – 28 September 1835) was a French politician. He was the Special Secretary to Napoleon Bonaparte's Cabinet. At the age of 16, he assumes command of a battalion of the National Guard and, on October 5, 1795, leads an insurgency against the National Convention. Given his young age, he was apprehended and imprisoned. The minister Fermont then asks him a question and gives him detailed financial management advice. As a result, he was appointed as an auditor to the State Council in the field of management. Later, he became the sub-prefect of Château-Salins (Meurthe), where he distinguished himself not only by his ability, but also by his great goodness, and Napoleon entrusted him with several tasks. Then named Reims's deputy mayor during the invasion in 1814, he fought the Allies with vigour and determination throughout the French campaign. During the restoration, he will travel to Italy to prepare for the Hundred Days and then to the Isle of Elbe. When Napoleon returns to France, he appoints him as Special Secretary, and he uses this position to carry out sensitive missions, including those at Bâle and with the Emperor of Austria.
